Sometimes not at all in a day, sometimes once a day, but sometimes 2-4 times a day. It's really annoying, because it's totally random, it's disruptive, and it's defiant in that I can't get it to stop beeping by pressing the button on the back or taking the AirPods out of the case and putting them back.
